It really depends on what state you are in and their Human Resources law. After that it depends on your company. What state are you in? What industry? What type of job?

2 weeks to start, then it goes up depending on longevity, up to a maximum of 4 weeks. This is at an average company.

It all depends on the employer. I would say that 2 weeks vacation is pretty standard, but you usually have to accrue it (i.e. be at the job for a certain amount of time) before you can take it.
