What Are Some Good, Cheap Yet Good Vacation Destinations For The Summertime?

I’d like to go on a vacation this summer but don’t want to spend a lot of money. What vacation destinations are exciting, yet will keep some money in my wallet?

Anywhere in Mexico. Basically, 10 US dollars will buy you a small town in Mex

Knowing where you are would help but — if you want to cut the budget consider camping instead of a hotel or you can look on craigslist and find a vacation rental which would also be cheaper than a hotel.
Then for food — cook your own. I’ve even cooked soup in a hotel coffee pot.

Cape Cod isn’t too expensive, I guess.
Rhode Island.
Arizona.- No beaches there of course, though, only pools etc.
St Maarten in the Caribbean isn’t cheap, but it’s a whole lot of fun.
