We all know, (or most of us) that Mount Everest is the highest mountain on earth, but what is the second highest?

Its mountains has a height mo the 4600 m,the highest mountain on the mountain range is Aconcagua,the highest Volcano is Ojos Del Salado and the highest active volcano is Cotopaxi.

I have a train set layout that I am working on and I made a large mountain on it. I would like to paint it and make it look as realistic as possible, not just solid gray. Maybe have some grays, whites blacks and more, but how do I apply it so that it looks real?

I got a little heavy these last couple of years, and I am looking to work it all off. I am only a little chunky, not fat or anything, but I want the body I once had.
I go to the gym 3-4 times a week, its hard with school and work to go more than that, but I do own a nice mountain bike, and live right next to a mountain preserve, which there is MANY bike trails. It would be easier to take my bike out than drive to the gym.
But my question is, how effective is mountain biking? Is it a good form of cardio? I do weight training at the gym, usually an hour set sometimes longer. Will doing this help with fat // weight loss?

My family has just started going mountain biking at various parks and other locations and I realized my old bike is a little small. I need a full sized men’s mountain bike with full suspension and (preferrably) disc brakes. I am hoping to spend around $300.00 but if it’s worth it, I can spend more.
Any insight about a mountain bike around this price will be very helpful.
