I'd like to add a big tip to this list which is to buy with the end in mind. Think about how long you will be living there. If it's less than 5 years (as it is for many young condo buyers), you will want to look at whether it will be possible to rent it out, or what you will do with it if the market is not doing well when you decide you want to move.</description>
