there is consider the centre of port
try get them cheaper at chow kit area or keramat area
sometime puduraya hotel do has special rate for students
there YWCA behind but needs reservation

orchid hotel pudu is cheap and quite ok with surrounding,plus nearby bukit bintang where its only walking distant to the night life n also shopping.
