I Am A Backpacker And I Would Like To Know An Interesting Destination.?

My last trip was Mayanmar. Before that South East Asia . Africa (Kenya, Tanzania, Lamu and Zanzibar)I don’t want to go to European countries I prefer countries with totally different cultures to developed countries.

I used to live in the Yukon, and met several people that climbed the “Chilkoot Trail”. It starts just outside of Skagway Alaska (Dyea – a ghost town now), and ends at Lake Bennett, B.C.. This trail, over a mountain pass, climbs almost 3800 feet, and was used by gold seekers during the Klondike gold rush. Lots of history, as well as native (Tlingit ) culture. Check the web for it (chilkoot trail) – you’ll love it! Enjoy!!!
