Do a Google search – Type in – jobs ski resorts Germany etc many references will come up – then send off your application.
Many WON”T reply – so don’t lose ya hopes – so seeing as though you will be there then – from past experience – the best way to go is actually go there in person – do the “foot slog” door to door ask everywhere! Put your self ‘out there’ ask people who have not got a vacancy – do they know of anyone who needs helpers… word gets around – small community – they know! Just show you are keen and enthusiastic! (Just remember also – some way want you to speak German – for some jobs – so maybe you cannot be too choosey &b expect a cream job as a bar tender – but try )
So when you present yourself in person and have all the necessary work entitlements (Work Hol Visa / etc) and they just happen to have a vacancy on that day – they will often employ you on the spot, because you have sold yourself & they can see & hear what sort of – enthusiastic presentable person/keen worker you are
Good Luck

If you have a passport from an EU country, then just hit up the ski resorts.
If you aren’t an EU citizen you are pretty much out of luck
