		<description>I grew up fishing the Bay Area and it really depends on what you want to spend and what your fishing for. A good set-up for both surf casting, jetty fishing and stripers is something with a 15 to 20 pound line range. Something around 10 feet or more. Anything heavier and its not going to be as versatile for shore fishing.
