Me and my friends are traveling to the Philippines and we want to go fishing… I just want to know if you have to get a fishing license to fish there and if were even aloud to fish there?

Are you kidding, you don’t even need a license to drive over there! They ride OX in the middle of the freeway. If you can find room on the river bank you can fish.
