Also, they were able to fully recreate a watch that i brought, within 24 hours! (yes, the guy at the stand at the bankok market asked me to actually borrow my watch, and i was crazy enough to allow him. next day he showed me two identical ones, i am still not sure if he gave me back the original or the copy...) Also, the trick used with cologne/perfume is that they do use the original cologne. However, they mix it with about 95% water, allowing them to sell 1 bottle 20times or more. It is in fact no problem for counterfeiters to get hold of empty bottles, since they are kind of freely available or otherwise not too hard to copy. Since the stuff is so strong, noone will ever notice it being deluted, except when you find out that the nice perfume you just put on is gone within an hour or so :D With wine it's even easier to get hold of the bottles, and making a nice a label is done with a rather simple and cheap printer...
