Does Lance Armstrong not winning the Tour de France this year detract from his other 7 wins? If Michael Phelps doesn’t win his next meet, does that somehow diminish his 8 gold medals? Does Jordan’s non-stellar return to basketball overshadow his tremendous first go as a player? Does Kobe’s loss to the Celtics in ’08 overshadow his victory in ’09, making him less of an athlete? Likewise, cnt315, Tiger may not win all the time, but nothing diminishes what he’s done. You’re just a pointless hater.

Yep…with over $900 million in winnings since he turned pro in 98, he’s ‘on par’ to become the first BILLIONAIR athlete in the history of sports.

Tiger is a great role model for younger golfers. Do you remember when you first heard of (Eldrick) Tiger Woods? Events and broadcasters set RECORDS for sales and views because everyone wanted to see this young hot golfer. Three out of four major’s in the year 2000 is unbelievable – winning one major is great achievement itself! I think he’s proven himself time and time again, but there will always be critics.
