Don’t worry, it can be confusing and difficult, but it’s worth it in the end to be good at speaking English. This guy is famous for his incomprehensible talking, especially in his micro machine commercials. John Moschitta Jr. held the Guinness World Record for being able to speak 586 words in a single minute, when the fast talking category was still around. If anyone can understand him or talk like him, they’re pretty damn awesome.

Is this real? I mean, couldn’t he have just talked normally, and sped up the recording, while not distorting the pitch? I have those capabilities, so a studio should too.

If you have someone readily available to talk that fast there’s no need for that, as easy as it is. Plus it’s more entertaining this way.

Until the Guinness Book of World Records dropped the category, Moschitta was labeled as the fastest speaker in the world so yes, it is real.
